Our Team

Cheryl Christian and Laura Kalina are experts when it comes to healthy living and they have come together to share their innovative and real-life-tested formulas to ease you into a healthy lifestyle that is easy and maintainable.

Meet Cheryl

Cheryl_Christian.jpgCheryl wanted to help her overweight son lose weight so she began researching and experimenting to find a healthy weight loss plan. It was during this journey, that she stumbled upon low-glycemic eating. Once she found a plan that worked, it was simply a matter of fitting low-glycemic cooking into her busy life.

Cheryl developed the “Pre-Cook Days” and the “Quick-Prep” meal plans for busy households. After raising two boys, she realized how difficult it can be to incorporate a healthy lifestyle into a demanding life. The concepts that she developed allow even the busiest household to have a wholesome, home-cooked meal at the end of the day.

On top of being a busy mother, Cheryl is a BCRA certified Personal Trainer and Sports Nutritionist. Her company, Next Level Health Inc. is dedicated to helping individuals obtain optimal health.  She has traveled extensively as an educator on low-glycemic eating and active living.
