Sweet & Hot Stir Fry
If you are looking for something quick, easy and a little different, try this!
1) In heated skillet that contains 2 Tbsp Sesame Oil, add 6-8 cups of fresh cut raw vegetables
My favourites are broccoli, carrots, asparagus, snow peas, zucchini, sweet onions and bell peppers.
2) Cook until tender to bite and add 1-2 Tbsp red or green chili Pepper Sauce (homemade or a commercial brand)
3) Add your favoutie protein source such as tofu or cooked chicken or beef.

Try DOUBLING A batch of Thai Peanut Sauce (page 38). I use half of the Thai sauce recipe in my sitr-fry recipes.
It`s awesome. Use the remaining Thai sauce for the Thai Chicken Tortilla Pizza (page 24) Keep refridgerated until use.
