90 Day Lifestyle Challenge

Learning the ropes!

Cheryl has been working with two families in her community on a 90 Day Lifestyle Challenge. Local television station Shaw TV has been following the story as these families transition to healthier living with low-glycemic eating and exercise.

Pictured below is Cheryl with Fred Semmeniuk, producer of THE EXPRESS, as they edit footage from one show.

The statistics are in, Canadians & Americans are becoming heavier and less active than ever before. Just look at the many reality TV shows such as X-Weighted, Biggest Loser, The Last 10LB Boot Camp and more.

We know it’s difficult to stay healthy in what has become a fast-food nation. We are attached to our computers and T.V.’s and working longer hours than ever before. So is it possible to manage our health over the long-term? Cheryl put this question to the test with the help of two families.

Both families will be helped with:

  • Goal Setting
  • Solid nutritional plan including low-glycemic eating
  • Learning to prepare FAST & EASY meals at home
  • Planning an exercise routine& that is fun & delivers results
  • Support of local dietitians and personal trainers

It was over 10 years ago that Cheryl challenged her own family into making some major changes to their diet and fitness levels. They have never looked back. We hope to inspire you to make this year the healthiest year ever!
